What is Fuse MCP?
Fuse MCP connects Fuse’s sales intelligence and supported sales capabilities to an AI assistant using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It lets you request prospecting, enrichment, research, and other supported sales tasks through natural-language prompts.
What is MCP, in simple terms?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It provides a standard way for an AI assistant to communicate with an external tool or service.
Which AI assistants work with Fuse MCP?
Fuse MCP works with Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Grok, and other MCP-compatible clients. Refer to the setup documentation for each client’s connection steps and requirements.
What can I do with Fuse MCP?
Depending on the tools and permissions available, you can search for prospects, enrich contact records, research accounts, identify buying signals, and prepare or support outbound workflows.
Do I need to leave Claude to use Fuse?
The goal is to access supported Fuse capabilities through your AI conversation rather than manually performing every step inside separate tools. Some actions still happen in Fuse itself — for example placing calls, uploading files, connecting a mailbox with a password, and anything to do with billing or API keys.
Does Fuse MCP replace my existing sales tools?
Not necessarily. Fuse is designed to connect prospecting, enrichment, buying signals, and engagement while working alongside supported parts of your existing sales stack, such as your CRM, inbox, and Slack.
Do I need a Fuse account?
Yes. You sign in with an existing Fuse account and a verified email address when your assistant connects — the sign-in page doesn’t create a new account, and there’s no API key to paste. The connection acts with your own Fuse permissions.
Is Fuse MCP available on every plan?
MCP calls use the same credit balance as the Fuse app, and each call needs a balance of at least 100 credits. Refer to the current Fuse pricing page or contact the Fuse team to confirm availability and any plan-specific limitations.
